In Trinity, Florida. 1) Drive south on Little Rd. from the intersection of Rt. 54 and Little Rd. 2) Aprox. 2 miles down Little Rd., you will reach a traffic light (interection of Mitchell Blvd. & Little Rd.) 3) Drive through the traffic light on Little Rd. 4) Turn right into the third driveway, immediately after the Patriot Bank parking lot. 5) That third driveway is Hawbuck St. where our office in addition to many other physician offices are. 6) We are the First office on the right. 7) Since this is a temporary office that we are sharing, the sign above the office says; Dr. Navnit Patel, MD
